I'm excited to be a part of our local  istorical society that highlights and focuses on the history of our whole Mead area.

I come to the Mead Area Historical Society with decades of experience in the non-profit sector, including working for an area community foundation and serving on several non-profit boards.

I'm looking forward to continue helping to preserve the rich history of the Mead area for generations to come. 

I have lived in Mead since 1960. I am fascinated by the history of the area. It has been fun being a part of the board.

Dana has only lived in Mead for a months but has a strong passion for preserving our local history. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, She appreciates the history behind small towns and cities alike. Dana lives in Mead with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, you can find her volunteering, painting, hiking with or dogs or baking a new recipe!
